Retroactive Cases Field Coordinator ( EURP Project)

Location :                   Remotely 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage retroactive returnee cases in targeted communities based on project criteria.
  2. Conduct field visits to meet with potential and confirmed returnees and gather the required information.
  3. Fill in returnee case forms accurately and submit them to the coordinator.
  4. Provide support and guidance to returnees.
  5. Maintain regular communication with the Retroactive Cases Coordinator and update on progress, challenges, and field needs.
  6. Ensure timely updates of the returnee tracking sheet and reflect the current operation status of each case.
  7. Participate in awareness activities, field campaigns, and events organized to attract or support returnees.
  8. Ensure that all collected data is accurate, complete, and handled with confidentiality.
  9. Submit weekly field reports summarizing activities, challenges, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of field experience in outreach, case management, or similar community-based work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in working with vulnerable groups.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with mobile data collection tools (KoboToolbox)
  • Previous work with NGOs or community-based organizations.
