Background
Life Makers Foundation is an Egyptian registered National youth-led, voluntary and non-governmental organization (Reg. Number 839). Since its establishment in 2011, LMF worked on youth development to build their capacities to develop societies and respond to humanitarian needs and disasters. It works directly and together along with partner organizations in 24 Egyptian governorates in youth development, education, health, livelihood, food security and basic needs sectors.
LMF adopts the core principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence in its operations to ensure the provision of assistance with no discrimination towards difference in ethnicity, religion, race or any other consideration. LMF provides development and humanitarian interventions for the most vulnerable while preserving their dignity and ensuring their participation.
Life Makers is a voluntary non-governmental, non-religious, non-political and non-partisan movement that was launched in 2003 for mobilizing the best of the human spirit to alleviate human suffering and to protect human life and human rights
About the project
Life makers foundation Egypt (LMF) is the local reintegration partner of the European Boarder and Coast Guard Agency – EURP.
In the context of the reintegration program, LMF provides the eligible returnees from all European countries with multiple services to support their reintegration in their home country Egypt.
The services are delivered in-kind (unless otherwise stated) and can vary depending on where the returnees are coming from, their profiles, and whether they have particular needs.
Monitoring and evaluation visits are conducted for six months after implementation to assess the sustainability of the services and whether the returnees need more support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance outreach tools and materials used to attract retroactive cases.
- Create a weekly operational plan to meet project targets in line with program objectives.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as the Communications and Offices departments, to organize awareness activities and events aimed at attracting more returnees.
- Supervise and guide field case coordinators, ensuring they are mobilized effectively to reach targeted governorates.
- Accurately fill and submit the returnee case forms via the project’s system.
- Update the master tracking sheet for returnee cases, clearly indicating the current operation status of each case.
- Prepare and present a detailed weekly report to the Project officer summarizing progress, challenges, and action points.
- Monitor trends in returnee engagement and propose strategic improvements based on field feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure all returnee data is handled confidentially and stored in compliance with data protection protocols.
Coordinate with local stakeholders (e.g., community leaders, local authorities) to facilitate smooth outreach and follow-up

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- University graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in similar case management, outreach, or community engagement activities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage field teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to different governorates as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing outreach strategies and community mobilization activities.
