Requirements

_ English is Good

- Evaluate & monitor inbound calls, outbound sales calls, social media chatting & Booths’ transactions

- Identify gaps in sales skills, soft skills & sales techniques

- Conduct needed coaching sessions with agents

- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standard

- Very good listening , analytical and communication skills & coaching skills

- Prepare weekly reports and quality plans for improvement

- Experience at least 1 year in call center & Booths industry as a quality

Responsibility

Audit and monitor calls, transactions to make sure that the quality standard is going very well
