Outsourcing Relations Coordinator

Job Summary 

The Outsourcing Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating operational relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure target achievement, performance optimization, and smooth collection and communication processes, while ensuring full compliance with the organization’s policies and objectives.


Key Responsibilities 

- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports and submit them to management.

- Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure targets are achieved and operational requirements are met.

- Coordinate between internal teams and departments and outsourcing partners’ requirements.  

- Liaise between collection teams and outsourcing companies to resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth collection processes. 

- Monitor and evaluate company and individual performance based on KPIs. 

- Conduct regular follow-up visits to outsourcing partners to strengthen professional relationships. 

- Accurately communicate campaign updates, policies, and operational changes, ensuring error-free execution. 

- Ensure alignment with management and organizational objectives. 

- Manage and guide corporate donor data to support campaign goals. 

- Develop improvement plans for underperforming outsourcing partners. 

- Design and implement motivational and engagement initiatives.  

- Monitor and enhance communication approaches (calls, WhatsApp, and message scripting). 

- Perform daily operations and data management using the Odoo system.
