About the Project

This project aims at strengthening the resilience and self-reliance of vulnerable refugees and host communities in Aswan Governorate and promote integration and peaceful coexistence among the target groups. Targeting 70% refugees and 30% members of the host community, with specific focus on female heads of households, the project adopts a comprehensive and integrated approach to address needs and gaps in services identified in the needs assessment conducted in early 2024, specifically in relation to the absence of socio-economic interventions for the target groups. The project will work closely with existing interventions from Plan International and other key actors in Aswan, ensuring that beneficiaries can access a range of services in a coordinated manner.
