Job Purpose:

The Field Monitoring Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing the implementation and progress of small-scale economic projects across different governorates. This position ensures that field follow-ups are carried out effectively, data is collected and analyzed systematically, and recommendations are made to support project improvement and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Conduct field visits to target governorates to monitor and follow up on small-scale economic projects.

2.      Coordinate closely with case officers to track project progress and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

3.      Review, verify, and archive all economic follow-up data in line with project documentation standards.

4.      Analyze field data to identify key strengths and weaknesses of implemented projects and propose evidence-based recommendations.

5.      Monitor the final evaluation process of project cases and support decision-making regarding case closure or continuation of interventions.

6.      Develop a detailed weekly work plan outlining key tasks and field activities.

7.      Prepare comprehensive weekly reports summarizing findings, challenges, and suggestions, and discuss them with the Project Manager.

8.      Contribute to improving project efficiency by proposing practical solutions and innovations based on field observations.

9.      Ensure that field activities align with the overall objectives and strategies of the project.

10.  Maintain a record of lessons learned and success stories to support future planning and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

·       Minimum of one year of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluating small economic projects.

·       Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

·       Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various governorates.

·       High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Previous experience working with NGOs or community development programs.

·       Familiarity with economic empowerment or livelihood support interventions.
