Deliverables
The volunteer will provide the following deliverables:
- Monthly Timesheets: Submit a monthly timesheet signed by the supervisor.
- Field Activity Reports: Submit reports detailing field visits, beneficiary engagement, and key outcomes within various project areas.
- Final Report: At the end of the volunteer period, prepare a brief report summarizing lessons learned and personal insights.
PROJECT NAME: EU-SPRASM (Strengthening Protection and Resilience of Refugees, Asylum-Seekers, and Migrants)

LOCATION: Cairo (with possible travel to Alexandria and Damietta)
Background
Life Makers Foundation (LMF) is a youth-led organization established to address local and regional challenges, including humanitarian and livelihood needs. The EU-SPRASM project aims to enhance the socio-economic prospects and dignity of vulnerable refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants in Egypt.
This SOW outlines the responsibilities of a Volunteer Field Coordinator for a 6-month period from January 2025 to June 2025. The volunteer will receive stipend-based compensation and contribute to the execution of key field activities across multiple governorates.
Objectives
This activity is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Support the planning and coordination of field activities across various project sectors (e.g., health, livelihoods, education, child protection).
- Engage with local stakeholders and beneficiaries, ensuring clear communication and timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in monitoring, reporting, and documenting project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of Field Activities: Support the Project Officer in organizing sectoral activities, awareness campaigns, community outreach, and other field-based initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Work closely with project beneficiaries, including refugees, migrants, and vulnerable local populations, to help implement activities across sectors such as health, livelihoods, protection, and education.
- Administrative Support: Prepare field reports, assist in data collection and Follow up activities and facilitators, and help maintain accurate documentation for all project activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with local NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations to ensure effective delivery of services and resources to beneficiaries.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Collaborate with the M&E team to support assessments, surveys, and other data collection efforts across all relevant project sectors.
- Activity Schedule
- Period: January 2025 – June 2025
- The volunteer will work an average of 4-5 days per week, with flexibility based on project needs.
- Period of Performance
- January 1st to December 30th, 2025
- Working hours will be from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexible hours based on project activities.
