Responsibility
Conduct training, session, training materials & knowledge assessment

Requirements

-  Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-sales training or sales coaching, preferably within a high-volume call center environment.
-  Previous experience in NGO fundraising, insurance, or telecommunications is a major plus.
-  Proficiency in Google Suite or MS (Sheets, Slides) to track training metrics and create presentations.
- English is good
- Ability to train agents on "Turning a No into a Yes" without being aggressive.
- Experience in writing and testing call scripts to improve conversion rates.
- Expertise in teaching tone, pitch, and pacing to build instant rapport over the phone.
- Skill in conducting "Live Side-by-Side" coaching and "Call Calibration" sessions.
- Must understand the "Donor Psychology" and teach agents how to connect with the cause (e.g., the Palm Tree or Water projects).
-  Ability to adjust training modules based on real-time campaign performance.
