Job Summary
The Senior CSR role is responsible for leading and managing corporate social responsibility partnerships, ensuring high-quality implementation of CSR projects, long-term partner retention, and measurable social impact. The position plays a strategic role in developing CSR opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, and representing the foundation with corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic CSR & Partnerships
- Lead the development and management of CSR partnerships with corporate donors.
- Identify new CSR opportunities and contribute to the foundation’s partnership strategy.
- Represent Life Maker Foundation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with corporate partners.
- Support renewal, expansion, and long-term engagement of CSR partners.
Account & Project Management
- Oversee CSR projects from agreement signing through implementation and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with donor expectations.
- Coordinate closely with Programs, Finance, MEAL, and Communications teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and partner satisfaction.
Financial & Reporting Oversight
- Review CSR budgets, financial tracking, and expenditure reports in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate donor requirements and internal policies.
- Lead preparation and quality review of narrative and financial CSR reports.
Team Support & Capacity Building
- Provide technical guidance and support to CSR Officers and Coordinators.
- Support onboarding, mentoring, and performance follow-up for junior CSR staff.
- Contribute to improving CSR systems, tools, and processes.
Monitoring, Impact & Visibility
- Ensure clear documentation of CSR impact and outcomes.
- Support CSR visibility activities (events, field visits, media coordination).
- Work with Communications to showcase CSR success stories.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Postgraduate degree or professional certification is an advantage.
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in CSR, partnerships, fundraising, or NGO program management.
- Proven experience working with corporate donors and CSR-funded projects.
- Experience in team supervision or leadership is preferred.
