Project Summary“ Steps Forward” Project aims to support economic empowerment and improve livelihoods for refugees and the most vulnerable groups in Egypt, through providing integrated capacity-building programs, supporting entrepreneurship, and enhancing employment opportunities. The project focuses on equipping beneficiaries with vocational skills and small business management knowledge, in addition to offering individual mentoring sessions and cash grants, contributing to increased income and the achievement of economic and social sustainability for beneficiaries. Job PurposeProviding case management services to refugees and vulnerable groups through assessment, referral, and follow-up, ensuring protection and access to appropriate services. Responsibilities· Receiving and reviewing new cases referred by partners and relevant entities (e.g., UNHCR) · Conducting initial interviews and comprehensive case assessments (BIA / Case Assessment) · Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans based on beneficiaries’ needs · Conducting regular case follow-up and updating intervention plans as needed · Documenting all case management processes accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality Referrals & Coordination · Referring cases to appropriate services (protection, psychosocial support, health, education, cash assistance, etc.) · Coordinating with service providers and local partners · Following up on referrals and ensuring beneficiaries’ access to services · Entering and updating case data on approved systems (e.g. Odoo / RAIS) Core Competencies Achievement focused: · Follow Results-based management (RBM) in achieving planned goals and objectives.
