Job Title: Booths Quality Control Specialist

Department: Fundraising Operations

Location:  Maadi, (with frequent travel to Mansoura)


Job Summary

The Booths Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that donation booths operate in compliance with organizational quality standards. This includes conducting on-site audits, verifying data accuracy, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring a high standard of donor experience. The role is critical in maintaining operational integrity, boosting donor trust, and improving booth efficiency. Flexibility to travel and work morning and evening shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Booth Quality Auditing

  • Conduct regular field visits to perform quality checks at donation booths.
  • Assess booth cleanliness, branding, and overall presentation.
  • Ensure proper setup and compliance with operational protocols.

2. Data Accuracy & Compliance

  • Audit donation transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate data entries in the system to prevent inconsistencies.
  • Identify and report cases of non-compliance or procedural gaps.

3. Staff Performance Monitoring

  • Evaluate booth staff’s adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor communication with donors to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Identify training needs and suggest improvement plans for underperformance.

4. Customer Interaction & Experience

  • Oversee the quality of donor engagement and interaction.
  • Ensure transparency, respect, and professionalism in all public dealings.
  • Collect feedback and identify pain points in the donor journey.

5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Document field observations and audit results in detailed reports.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement quality enhancement measures.

  •  Strong attention to detail and a proactive quality assurance mindset
  •  Proficiency in auditing, documentation, and compliance monitoring
  •  Excellent observation and critical thinking skills
  •  Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
  •  Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work shifts and locations
  •  Understanding of donor interaction principles and fundraising processes
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience

  •  Education:  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Control, Auditing, or a related field.
  •  Experience:  1-3 years in quality control, auditing, or customer service monitoring.
  •  Preferred Background: Experience in fundraising, retail operations, or donor/customer interaction audits
