About Life Makers Foundation
Life Makers Foundation (LMF) is an Egyptian youth-led, voluntary, and non-governmental umbrella organization. It was established in 2011 to foster youth engagement in addressing emerging challenges at the local and global levels. Since its establishment, LMF has worked closely with community-based organizations to build youth capacities and support their efforts to develop their societies and respond to humanitarian needs and disasters. LMF operates in 24 governorates through a non-formal network of partner youth-led organizations and registered offices across Egypt, with a broad portfolio of projects and local initiatives in the sectors of Health, Education, Livelihoods, Humanitarian Assistance, Environment, and Youth Participation.
LMF adopts the core principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence in its operations to ensure the provision of assistance with no discrimination towards differences in ethnicity, religion, race, or any other consideration. LMF provides development and humanitarian interventions for the most vulnerable while preserving their dignity and ensuring their participation.
Life Makers is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-religious, non-political, and non-partisan movement that was launched in 2003 to mobilize the best of the human spirit to alleviate human suffering and protect human life and human rights.
About the Project:
This project, carried out by the Life Makers Foundation in collaboration with Plan International Egypt, aims to reduce child labor in jasmine picking across seven villages in the Gharbia Governorate. The SCREAM methodology focuses on child protection, community engagement, and youth empowerment through creative education, psychosocial support, and vocational training. Activities will take place in safe, local spaces and will involve close coordination with families, schools, and child protection committees.
Job Key Accountability Areas
· Follow up on internal referrals of cases to the Operations Department according to the services provided by the project.
· Monitor external referrals of cases to partner organizations in line with the available Develop and follow up on the weekly and monthly field plans for case workers.
· Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of case workers’ performance.

· Responsible for implementing the team capacity-building plan and ensuring agreed trainings are conducted.
· Coordinate closely with the Project Operations Officer to ensure effective implementation of field activities.
· Conduct regular field visits to monitor on-ground case management activities
· Prepare monthly and annual reports on case management operations.
· Contribute to building the capacities of volunteers and facilitators on referral procedures and child protection case handling.
· Conduct comprehensive case assessments (social, psychological, economic, and educational).
· Identify the level of risk and required intervention according to the project’s criteria.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or child protection, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Experience working with NGOs or community-based organizations is highly preferred.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of case management principles, child protection standards, and referral mechanisms.

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
