Background about the Organization
Life Makers Foundation Egypt (LMF) is a national, non-governmental, and non-profit organization. It was established in 2011 and is centrally registered under registration number 839 for the year 2018. It operates in accordance with the Egyptian Law on Associations and Civil Institutions.
The foundation is committed to promoting the culture and spirit of volunteerism. Since its inception, it has worked on empowering and developing youth to build their capacities in order to contribute to community development and respond to humanitarian and relief needs.
LMF operates directly through its offices and branches spread across Egypt, as well as through partner associations and organizations. Its areas of work include youth development, education, health, livelihood and basic needs, and environmental sustainability.
The foundation adheres to the core humanitarian principles: humanity, neutrality, needs-based response, and independence. In all its activities, LMF ensures that aid is provided without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other considerations. Life Makers Foundation delivers humanitarian and development interventions to the most vulnerable beneficiaries while preserving their dignity and ensuring their participation.

In-Kind Donations Collection Team Leader
Reports to:
Head of In-Kind Donations
Job Objective:
To lead and manage a team of phone-based in-kind donations representatives to achieve the organization's goals. This includes developing effective strategies, motivating the team, and building strong donor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Fundraising Strategies: Implement innovative plans for phone-based in-kind donations collection.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of goals; prepare team schedules and track attendance.
- Coaching and Training: Provide continuous training and create individual development plans.
- Donor Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with donors.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze periodic reports to improve operations.
- Communication with Other Departments: Daily communication to track donation requests and ensure coordinated efforts.
- Team Performance Monitoring: Guide and support team members to achieve better results.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in phone sales or fundraising management.
