Job Summary:

The Tele-Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding the tele-sales team to achieve set sales targets and align with the foundation's overall objectives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid leadership fundamentals, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the tele-sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Monitor daily operations, ensuring consistent team performance and quality standards.
  • Develop and execute action plans for performance improvement when needed.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth.
  • Build a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Solve problems proactively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
  • Ensure all team activities comply with internal policies and values, especially concerning sensitive or abuse-related cases.
  • Submit and track action plans related to critical cases when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Tele-sales team.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated leadership basics, including:
    • Communication

    • Problem-solving
    • Team building
    • Action planning
  • KPI average for the first 5 months of the year must be 95% or higher.
  • Achievement average for the first 5 months of the year must be 90% or higher.
  • No pending or unsubmitted actions regarding abuse-related cases.
