Job Summary:
The Tele-Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding the tele-sales team to achieve set sales targets and align with the foundation's overall objectives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid leadership fundamentals, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the tele-sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring consistent team performance and quality standards.
- Develop and execute action plans for performance improvement when needed.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth.
- Build a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Solve problems proactively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
- Ensure all team activities comply with internal policies and values, especially concerning sensitive or abuse-related cases.
- Submit and track action plans related to critical cases when applicable.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Tele-sales team.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).

- KPI average for the first 5 months of the year must be 95% or higher.
- Achievement average for the first 5 months of the year must be 90% or higher.
- No pending or unsubmitted actions regarding abuse-related cases.
