Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the partnerships team across the governorates affiliated with Life Makers Foundation to achieve the team's monthly targets.
This is accomplished by guiding the team in marketing the foundation's various campaigns and persuading the largest possible number of companies and major donors to contribute and donate to the foundation’s different initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the team of partnership representatives and major donors to achieve their monthly targets.
• Monitoring target achievement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as at the end of each campaign.
• Distributing targets among team members based on their skills and capabilities, in addition to the nature and characteristics of each governorate.
• Continuously motivating the team to reach their targets.
• Developing a monthly execution plan on how to achieve the targets and submitting it to the direct manager.
• Achieving the department’s targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Addressing and resolving all objections and inquiries faced by the team, ensuring they are continuously provided with all necessary answers and information.
• Handling all data with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager as required.
• Ensuring the quality of meetings and business discussions conducted by the team through regular monitoring of their tasks and preparing and submitting the necessary reports.
• Conducting necessary visits to governorates to follow up on and support the team.
• Carrying out field visits to targeted governorates and locations to begin marketing the foundation's various campaigns.
• Ensuring the team conducts comprehensive surveys and assessment visits to targeted locations to collect the necessary information and contact details for communication purposes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Higher education qualification
* Well-groomed appearance
* Previous experience in managing a team of at least 10 employees
* At least two years of experience in the same field or similar fields such as public relations and sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent negotiation and planning skills
* Emotional stability and problem-solving ability
* Eloquent speech and persuasive skills
* Proficiency in using the internet and modern technology
* Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to manage databases
* Age not exceeding 35 year
