Responsibilities: - Monitoring incoming and outgoing calls and evaluating the performance of direct finance representatives in the call center relative to quality standards using the quality points system - participate in redesigning quality guidelines, critical and non-critical errors to achieve the highest level of performance with team supervisors after each campaign - Attend all training courses in which the call center team is trained directly - Send notes and make necessary interventions to members of representatives during the call according to need.
