Job Title: HR Officer - Fundraising Department

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Work closely with the fundraising team to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open roles.
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Personnel Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for the fundraising department staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Handle employee documentation, contract renewals, leave tracking, and other administrative HR tasks.
3. Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees in the fundraising department, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to integrate successfully into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with the organizational culture, policies, and their roles.
4. Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the fundraising team.
- Address staff concerns, resolve conflict resolve conflict, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Support management in performance discussions and employee development initiatives.
5. Policy Implementation:
- Implement HR policies and procedures across the fundraising department in alignment with the organization's overall HR policies.
- Ensure employees understand and adhere to company policies, providing guidance and clarification where needed.
- Stay updated on labor law changes and ensure compliance across all HR practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Males Only
- 3-4 years experience in Mass Hiring
-Strong understanding of HR principles and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the fundraising team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Very good in the English language.
